Performance evaluation of Asian major cruise terminals

چکیده
Compared to cargo terminals, performance evaluation of cruise terminals sits in a backseat the current port studies, particularly Northeast Asia. This paper aims evaluate major Asia, taking into account important dimensions and criteria influencing terminal development, using primary data by experts' responses questionnaire survey. Complementary are also acquired field trips interviews find hidden information that is not revealed from set questions To tackle multiplicity uncertainty collected data, hybrid Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE) Consistent Fuzzy Relation (CFPR) employed highlight visual illustration test results. The findings provide useful insights guiding lines’ selection aiding benchmark their effectively improve service maximize overall performance.
